Kolob (kolob.io) is a free, visual scripture study tool. It takes any verse from the complete Bible (King James Version, all 66 books) or the Latter-day Saint standard works and renders it as the center of a force-directed constellation graph — every cross-reference, every thematic connection, every General Conference talk that has cited that verse becomes an interactive node. The cross-reference network is built from the LDS footnote system, which is one of the most comprehensive interlinked scripture footnote networks ever compiled, covering both Old and New Testament connections in full.

Any Christian studying the Bible will find value: enter John 3:16, John 14:6, Romans 8:28, or Isaiah 53 and immediately see every scripture the Bible itself cross-references to that verse, rendered as a constellation you can explore by clicking.

The name comes from Abraham 3:2–3 and the Latter-day Saint hymn "If You Could Hie to Kolob" — Kolob is the star nearest to the throne of God, a meditation on the eternal nature of God's word. The dark cosmos aesthetic is intentional.
